ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a senior Manager to join our Post Sales Process & Automation team. You will own initiatives from ideation to execution, coach team members, and drive scalable post-sales processes across the customer journey.

You will push AI tooling adoption, design data-driven solutions, and lead UAT with stakeholders. A strong SaaS background, cross-functional leadership, and experience with Salesforce/Gainsight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS operations and cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft and related tools.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude and Cursor.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from ideation to execution with clear timelines.
• Develop user stories and technical specifications for developers.
• Lead UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Partner with leaders to align roadmaps and capacity for system development.
• Perform BAU requests and change management activities.
