This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and ownership of initiatives from ideation through launch. Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Gainsight, and AI tooling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS operations with customer journey knowledge.
