Job summary

Skan AI in the United States is seeking an Agentic Solutions Manager to own delivery and expansion of the platform at Tier-1 enterprise accounts. You will lead complex implementations, manage executive sponsors, and drive measurable business value from day one.

The role requires 10+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting background, and the ability to influence product roadmaps with leadership, while partnering across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-facing, delivery-oriented role.
• Top-tier management consulting background preferred (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Executive presence with VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Domain knowledge in financial services, insurance, or healthcare a plus.
• Semi-technical fluency in agentic AI architectures and SaaS delivery models.
• Growth-oriented with a track record of expanding accounts.
• Based in SF or NY; hybrid role with regular in-person client engagement.
• Excellent communication and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of 2–3 concurrent deployments at Tier-1 enterprise clients.
• Be the primary accountable for executive sponsors and milestones.
• Navigate complex, regulated enterprises with evolving requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales.
