Agentic AI is seeking an Implementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) in NY, Austin, or San Francisco. You will own enterprise deployments from handoff to live operation, across multiple product verticals, within a fast-growing, fund-backed AI platform used by property management and healthcare teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to drive successful integrations, data migrations, and on-site implementations (up to ~25% travel).

Qualifications

• Three-plus years in a customer-facing technical role owning both tech and relationships.
• Experience running multiple configuration-heavy implementations simultaneously (CRM or multi-vertical SaaS).
• Ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows independently.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end implementations: scoping, configuration, testing, go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Engagement Managers to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Map customer workflows and translate into actionable implementation plans.
• Lead multiple implementations across product verticals.
• Handle data and API integrations and ensure correct data migration.
