Job summary

Agentic AI is seeking an Implementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer (post-sales) to own enterprise deployments from handoff to go-live across New York, San Francisco, and Austin. You will configure, test, migrate data, and integrate APIs within a multi-product platform.

The role drives product feedback to Engineering, shaping deployments and playbooks while collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product. Expect 25% travel and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role and ownership of both the tech and the relationship.
• Experience running multiple configuration-heavy implementations (CRM or multi-vertical SaaS).
• Ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows without waiting on engineering.
• A technical degree (CS, engineering, or similar).
• A track record working with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Product.
• Ownership of post-sales implementations at a SaaS startup, from discovery to go-live.
• You can explain complex things clearly to engineers and to non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Willingness to travel about 25% for on-site implementations, and to be in the office 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Run each implementation end to end: scoping, configuration, testing, go-live.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, CSMs, and Engagement Managers for a consistent experience.
• Map customer workflows and translate them into clear deployment plans.
• Lead multiple implementations across product verticals.
• Handle data and API integrations, data migration, and ensure accurate data landing.
• Travel on-site with customers (~25%) to build trust in person.
• Pass learnings to Product and Engineering.
• Build playbooks, config templates, and onboarding frameworks for future hires.
• Handover completed implementations to Product Expert SEs.
