Job summary

Green Office Partner is seeking a highly organized Post-Sales Operations & Implementation Coordinator in Chicago. You will manage the transition from signed agreement to installation readiness, coordinating Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Project Management, and Client Success to ensure accurate orders and smooth onboarding.

You will verify orders, set up systems, lead internal handoffs, and track milestones while ensuring timely delivery and complete D&A documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, order-management, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong cross-functional communication between Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Project Management.
• Professional client-facing communication and participation in onboarding meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review signed agreements for accurate equipment, leasing, and customer information.
• Coordinate post-sale setup and updates across CRM, ERP, and monitoring systems.
• Lead internal handoff meetings with Project Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Client Success.
• Co-lead customer kickoff, confirm scope and site requirements, transition to Project Manager.
• Monitor milestones and resolve operational items during implementation.
• Secure Delivery & Acceptance documentation and submit to Finance.
• Coordinate final payments, LOIs, and documentation for equipment returns when applicable.
