Green Office Partner is seeking a highly organized Post-Sales Operations & Implementation Coordinator in Chicago. You will manage the transition from signed agreement to installation readiness, coordinating Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Project Management, and Client Success to ensure accurate orders and smooth onboarding.
You will verify orders, set up systems, lead internal handoffs, and track milestones while ensuring timely delivery and complete D&A documentation.
Green Office Partner, ranked the #1 Best Place to Work by Crain’s (2023,24,25 & 26) and the Chicago Sun-Times (2024 & 2025), is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Post-Sales Operations & Implementation Coordinator (OTI Coordinator) to manage the critical transition from a signed customer agreement through installation readiness and final project closeout.
We deliver HP and Xerox Managed Print Services, Intelligent Document Processing, and Conference Room/Audio-Video Solutions that help enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and modernize their workplaces.
The OTI Coordinator serves as the operational connection between Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Project Management, and Client Success, ensuring every new customer order is accurate, properly staged, internally aligned, and ready for successful implementation.
This role owns the post-signature coordination process—including order verification, system setup, internal kickoff meetings, client onboarding coordination, milestone tracking, and final Delivery & Acceptance documentation.
The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, coordinating multiple departments, communicating directly with clients, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Success in this role means that when a customer signs an agreement, the transition into implementation feels organized, professional, and seamless.
Orders are accurate. Internal teams know their responsibilities. Customers understand what happens next. Project Managers receive complete information. Installations move forward without avoidable delays. And final documentation is completed quickly so the project can be properly closed and funded.
The OTI Coordinator is the person who connects all of those pieces together.
At Green Office Partner, we believe great customer experiences are created by great teams working together. The OTI Coordinator plays a central role in that experience—connecting the promise made during the sales process with the operational execution that follows.
If you enjoy organization, accountability, customer interaction, process improvement, and bringing multiple departments together to get things done, this position provides an opportunity to have a direct impact on both our clients and our organization.
Green Office Partner is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified candidates are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
