Job Overview:

SecPod is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Post Sales Engineer to join our team in the US. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, successful deployment, and ongoing support of SecPod’s cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers post-sales, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and ongoing support of SecPod solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance during the post-sales phase.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers to maximize the value of SecPod solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues by diagnosing and troubleshooting software, network, and configuration problems.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of SecPod solutions based on customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide product feedback to the engineering and product management teams for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical resources to streamline customer support processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SecPod’s product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a post-sales engineering, technical support, or related role in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in cloud security, including working knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms, particularly Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with related tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SecPod’s SanerNow platform or similar cybersecurity solutions.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
