Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end post-sale experience for repairs and upgrades. You will bridge customers, production, shipping, and supply chain to transform a reactive process into a proactive, reliable engine that protects and grows existing accounts.

You will drive RMAs to timely resolution, safeguard customer satisfaction, and maintain strong communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production coordination, customer success, account management, or program coordination.
• Proven track record of on-time delivery, RMAs/returns, or service-level commitments.
• Comfort navigating ERP/PLM systems (Oracle, Odoo, Teamcenter, Forge).
• Strong customer-facing commercial experience with clear concise updates.
• Excellent communication skills across engineers, finance, and leadership.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with production, shipping/receiving, and supply chain teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to drive issues to closure.
• Familiarity with infrared/hardware domains and defense compliance is a plus.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for all post-sale RMA activities and relationships.
• Track RMA units in ERP/PLM systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide proactive status updates through production, shipping, and return lifecycle.
• Coordinate with operations leadership and production staff to resolve conflicts and align messaging.
• Forecast material needs and collaborate with supply chain to secure kits and purchase orders.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to ensure proper documentation, ATP testing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Identify drivers of delays and propose process improvements to reduce late shipments.
• Prepare detailed repair reports and coordinate with front office for invoicing and shipping authorizations.
