Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Staff Product Manager for Sustainment Solutions to own the digital portfolio that keeps fielded systems mission-ready: operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, and customer support.

You will lead a cross-functional team and partner with field operations, maintainers, ProdOps, supply chain, and engineering to design workflows, improve readiness, and drive standard tooling while enabling divergence for use cases.

• 7+ years leading technology teams supporting complex physical operations.
• Strong product judgment: balance quick wins with durable platform needs.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Comfort in ambiguity; make decisions with partial information.
• Builder mindset: design, integrate, automate workflows for impact.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainment systems strategy and roadmap across operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, reliability/FRACAS, customer support, and more.
• Lead and grow the cross-functional team delivering, operating, and improving these systems.
• Partner with field operations, maintainers, ProdOps, supply chain, engineering, and business lines to translate constraints into workflow.
• Create durable intake, prioritization, and roadmap management mechanisms.
• Drive tooling standardization across business lines while enabling divergence where needed.
• Translate messy field problems into clear system designs and phased execution plans.
• Advance the engineering feedback loop and spare/inventory planning for readiness as sustainment scales.
• Treat data quality, security, integration design, access controls, and auditability as core requirements.
• Leverage AI, automation, and workflow redesign to boost effectiveness of maintainers and planners.
