Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Sustainment Solutions to own the digital portfolio that keeps fielded systems mission-ready: planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, and customer support. You will own the roadmap, operating model, and stakeholder alignment for systems including sustainment planning engine, fleet tooling, field maintenance, and the customer service desk.

• 7+ years leading technology teams supporting complex physical operations such as maintenance, field service, fleet management, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong product judgment to distinguish durable platform capability from local workarounds.
• Comfort in ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• High agency and ability to drive roadmap without micromanagement.
• Builder mindset: customize, integrate, automate, and rethink workflows for impact.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainment systems strategy and roadmap across operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, reliability/FRACAS, customer support, and more.
• Lead and grow cross‑functional team of product managers, software engineers, and embedded builders.
• Partner with field operations, maintainers, ProdOps, supply chain, engineering, and business lines to map constraints to workflow.
• Create durable intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance without slowing the organization.
• Drive tooling standardization while enabling divergence where needed for different lines.
• Translate field problems into clear system designs and phased execution plans.
• Advance expansion bets: engineering feedback loop and sparing/inventory for readiness.
• Treat data quality, security, and auditability as core product requirements.
• Use AI, automation, and workflow redesign to boost efficiency for maintainers and planners.
