Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer Service or account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the post award life cycle of the purchase order/contract.
• Order Entry, Order Acknowledgement, and manage due on/ship on dates.
• Coordinate resolution for customer holds, issues and escalations.
• Communicate with customers daily via phone, MS Teams and email.
• Prepare and maintain status reports for customers and management.
