Job summary

S3 AeroDefense LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Operations professional to manage the post-award life cycle, ensure customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery across orders and contracts.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams, handle order entry, acknowledgments, ship dates, escalations, and status reporting, while applying USG FAR/DFARS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Customer service or account management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel minimally.

Responsibilities

• Manage post award life cycle of the purchase order/contract including orders, acknowledgements, and ship dates.
• Drive resolution for customer holds, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality and others.
• Prepare status reports for customers and management.
• Communicate with customers daily by phone, MS Teams and email.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and maintain regional knowledge of requirements.
