You will diagnose product problems, schedule service visits, and ensure a 5-star experience for every customer by coordinating with manufacturers and field teams. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrated customer service success, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required; dispatching is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to customers regarding post-installation services.
• Respond to customer requests for support via phone, email, text, website, or other employees.
• Order necessary parts through manufacturers and schedule service visits.
• Reach out to customers to verify the scope of service and arrange appointments.
• Attend and facilitate the mandatory morning Customer Service huddle by following the agenda.
• Provide data and feedback to managers on all service-related issues.
