West Shore Home is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Phoenix branch, handling post-install service requests and scheduling visits. You will diagnose product issues, provide a five-star service experience, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely repairs.

The role requires strong relationship-building, independent work habits, and a proven customer-service track record. On-site at 3333 S. 7th Street, Suite 160, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for building relationships and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
• Ability to work independently with high accountability and reliability.
• Proven track record in customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and build relationships with customers.
• Respond to requests for support related to products installed.
• Report escalations to General Manager and Customer Service Manager.
• Order parts from manufacturers and schedule service visits.
• Keep customers informed of schedule changes.
