Job summary

Village Farms International is seeking a Supervisor, Post Harvest to lead daily operations from drying to bulk packaging, ensuring product integrity and quality while hitting targets. You will oversee workflow, coordinate with Team Leads, and support safe, compliant practices across the department.

The role combines hands-on leadership with continuous improvement, focusing on productivity, staffing coordination, and documenting ERP entries to enable reliable production and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience guiding, training, or coordinating others; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Ability to organize work across multiple teams and adapt to changing production needs.
• Experience with ERP systems and GMP requirements is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities across drying, processing, and bulk packaging to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Review production status and resources, adjust priorities and labour deployment to address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate production information and ERP entries with relevant teams.
• Identify disruptions and resolve routine issues; escalate significant concerns as needed.
• Support introduction of new equipment, processes, and ways of working to improve productivity and consistency.
