The United Green seeks an Assistant Operations Manager for its Illinois cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. You will oversee post-harvest and packaging, working with a leadership team to meet production goals while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

You will manage supervisors, optimize schedules, track KPIs, and maintain METRC records, labeling, and documentation. This on-site role requires strong frontline leadership and a commitment to safety and quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of operations, production, or manufacturing management experience.
• Experience supervising multiple teams or department leads.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production schedules and track KPIs.
• Eligible to obtain Illinois cannabis agent ID and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee post-harvest and packaging operations, ensuring timely output and quality.
• Lead department leads and supervisors, including staffing, training, and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and quality, identify efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
• Maintain METRC records, inventory reconciliation, labeling, and regulatory docs.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois cannabis regulations and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility-wide operations.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies; report issues to leadership.
• Communicate results and staffing needs to the Director of Operations.
