Standard Wellness in Vandalia, MO is seeking a Post-Harvest Manager to oversee drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. You will manage the post-harvest team, define duties, and optimize daily workflows to ensure safe, compliant production.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site leadership, forecasting resources, maintaining tracking with Metrc and packaging, and driving quality measures while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on manufacturing or supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
• Able to pass background check and licensing requirements.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee post-harvest operations: drying, trimming, curing, and packaging.
• Manage the post-harvest team and define daily duties and workflow.
• Monitor resources monthly, weekly, and daily and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with Leads about resource needs and goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all tasks and processes.
• Track outputs using systems like Metrc and manage packaging and labeling.
• Present monthly performance results and improvement plans.
