PharmaCann, Inc. seeks a Manager of Post Harvest to oversee the workflow from processing harvest plants to final packaging of cannabis flower at the cultivation facility. You will build and develop staff, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain compliant, safe production with data-driven improvements.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Cultivation, you will drive productivity, quality, and career growth while aligning with PharmaCann’s mission and values in a dynamic industry.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing and cannabis industry management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Post Harvest from processing harvested plants to final packaging.
• Lead staff development, training, and SOP adherence.
• Ensure GMP-compliant production and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, Facilities, IT, Analytics and other departments.
• Report to Senior Manager of Cultivation and manage budget commitments.
