King City Gardens in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Post Harvest Supervisor to lead daily post-harvest operations from harvest to finished goods. You will manage a team, ensure quality, compliance, and accurate product tracking in a fast-paced facility.

This role emphasizes developing the Post-Harvest team, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating with Cultivation to ensure timely transfers to dispensaries while upholding safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, food production, manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
• Experience overseeing production workflows, employees, schedules, and performance.
• Experience with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily post-harvest operations including harvest intake, drying, curing, trimming, handling and packaging.
• Lead and support Dry Room Leads, Dry Room Technicians, Packaging Specialists and other Post-Harvest staff.
• Set daily/weekly production goals and monitor workflow, staffing, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate harvest handoffs with Cultivation and verify METRC data at intake.
• Maintain METRC records and ensure proper documentation throughout post-harvest.
