Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness programs. You will manage local informatics readiness, coordinate with client counterparts, and report on deliverables to clients and internal teams.

You will work with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, guiding readiness activities, with significant travel to support multiple sites. Strong communication, project management, and clinical informatics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in health informatics, public health, MBA or PM.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR PM.
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization.
• Prior hospital/healthcare system/VA experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (design, build, implement, troubleshoot).

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between the site and Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Lead site-specific project plan and timelines for post go-live readiness.
• Present Readiness methodology content and drive local execution.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Management on deployment schedules.
• Coordinate all site calls and events.
• Track IMS Updates timeline to VISN PM.
• Track PGL events timeline for MPR to VISN PM.
• Track and manage Readiness Checklist.
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts.
• Manage site-specific risks via scrums.
