Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead site-specific post go-live readiness efforts for EHR transitions. You will manage the project plan, coordinate with Oracle Health Readiness Team and client counterparts, and ensure readiness to assume ownership of EHR support.

You will advise the client, drive local execution of the readiness methodology, and manage risks and communications across multiple stakeholders in healthcare IT environments.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field (required)
• Master’s in health informatics, public health, MBA, or PM (preferred)
• 5+ years in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR PM (required)
• Experience with EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization (preferred)
• Past work in hospital/health system/VA environment (preferred)
• Hands-on Oracle Health/Cerner experience (design, build, implement, troubleshoot, optimize) (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between the site and Oracle Health Readiness Team
• Drive site-specific project plan and informatics readiness for post go-live roles
• Present Readiness Support Methodology and drive local execution
• Coordinate Event-Driven methodology with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Deployment schedules and events with Engagement Management
• Coordinate and manage site call and event execution
• Track IMS Updates timeline for VISN PM
• Track PGL events for MPR reporting to VISN PM
• Oversee Readiness Checklist progress
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts
• Manage site-specific risks and report through Readiness scrums
