Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Federal Project Manager II to lead site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness projects with an 80% travel requirement. You will manage the site project plan, coordinate Readiness methodologies, and ensure informatics readiness to assume EHR support ownership for clients.

This role requires strong program management, stakeholder collaboration, and experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, focusing on delivering reliable readiness and seamless deployment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field is required
• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, MBA, or PM is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/PM is required
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions is required

Responsibilities

• Manage site communications between the site and Oracle Health Readiness Team
• Drive site-specific project plan and timeline for post go-live readiness
• Present Readiness Methodology content and drive local execution
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders
• Work with Engagement Management on deployment schedules and events
• Coordinate and manage site calls and events
• Track IMS Updates timeline to VISN PM
• Track PGL events timeline for MPR
• Track Readiness Checklist and scrums
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts
• Manage site-specific risks and report through Site Readiness scrums
