Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness projects. You will manage the local informatics readiness, coordinate with client counterparts, and provide consultative guidance on expectations and change management.

This role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition to Oracle Health/Cerner support. You will oversee project plans, engagement with multiple teams, and tracking of readiness milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, MBA, or project management (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management (required).
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Develop and manage the site-specific project plan and timeline for Post Go-Live readiness.
• Present content and drive execution of the Readiness Methodology at a local level.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders for specified site(s).
• Work with Engagement Management on deployment schedules and events.
• Coordinate and manage all site calls and event execution.
• Track timelines for IMS Updates to the VISN PM and PGL events for MPR.
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts.
