Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Site Project Manager III to oversee site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness plans and manage deliverable status reports for clients and internal teams. You will coordinate activities with client counterparts and execute Transition Readiness Methodology to ensure informatics readiness for ownership of EHR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare/IT related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication between the site and Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Drive site-specific project plan, timelines and readiness for Post Go-Live.
• Present Readiness content and execute the Readiness Methodology locally.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders for site(s).
• Collaborate with Engagement Management on deployment schedules and events.
• Track timelines for IMS Updates to VISN PM and PGL events for reporting.
