Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews in Laurel, MT. Earn $23.00 to $25.00 per hour with a $2,000 first-year bonus and an additional $500 quarterly bonus.

Join a long-established leader in post-frame construction with ESOP and strong safety standards. As part of the crew, you will learn and apply standard construction procedures, read plans, and use tools to build and finish structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Availability to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work.
• Commitment to safety processes and proper tool handling.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
• 50% travel requirement, including possible overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of crew foreman, learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Use various tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks such as digging and installing footings, framing walls/roofs, installing windows/doors, and applying siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew members in a safe, organized, productive environment.
