Job summary

Morton Buildings is hiring construction crew members to join our Belgrade, MT team. You will work under a crew foreman, read construction plans, and help build post-frame buildings across the region.

Qualified candidates enjoy strong earning potential: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a $2000 first-year bonus and an additional $500 every quarter during the first year. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Complete tasks such as footings, framing, doors, siding, and roofing.
• Work safely with the crew and maintain a respectful environment.
