Earn $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a $500 quarterly retention bonus in year one and a $2,000 year-one bonus. Our crews offer three years of progressive pay increases and opportunities to advance with experience.

Qualifications

• Posting requires building construction/post-frame or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds as needed.
• Capable of working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Position involves 20% travel, including overnight trips up to two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Complete tasks such as digging footings, framing walls/roofs, installing windows/doors, and applying siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, organized, productive environment.
