Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our team. You will learn and apply safety and construction procedures, read plans, and use tools to build per specifications. The role involves framing, siding, roofing, and occasional high work with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls/roofs, install doors/windows and siding.
• Travel up to 25% including potential overnight trips.
