Morton Buildings, Inc. in North Carolina is expanding its construction crews and looking for dedicated individuals. Positions offer a competitive pay rate of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, along with substantial bonuses for new crew members.

Additionally, employees can earn a quarterly $500 bonus during their first year. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader in post-frame construction with over 120 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds occasionally).
• Able to work at heights (up to 40 feet).
• Position requires 25% travel, possibly up to two weeks at a time.

• Read and understand construction plans.
• Utilize tools to construct buildings efficiently.
• Execute tasks related to the building process with respect.
