Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owners and help build post-frame structures nationwide from Idaho Falls.

Pay starts at $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year. This role requires extensive travel (about 75%), lifting up to 100 pounds, and working up to 10 hours a day in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Building construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Available for 9–10 hour shifts during peak season.
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work.
• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Able to operate construction tools safely.
• Capable of lifting up to 50–100 pounds.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities
