Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee owners. Salary is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with a $2000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year.

Under guidance of your crew foreman you will learn safety procedures, read and build to plans, use tools, and contribute to safe, efficient construction projects across our plants and centers.

Qualifications

• Training program participation is required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of following directions and producing quality work.
• Adhere to safety processes and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Work with crew to complete tasks and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Skills

Construction experience
