Newrez is seeking a results-driven Supervisor Post Foreclosure to lead a team of Post Foreclosure Specialists and Administrators in Tempe, AZ. You will oversee processes, timelines, and reporting while driving training and performance improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in foreclosure or mortgage services, and 1–2 years of management. On-site work is required; travel is minimal. Candidates should excel at analytics, communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years’ foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience.
• 1–2 years’ management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff of Post Foreclosure Specialists and Administrators.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement new processes.
• Train new hires on systems, guidelines, and standards.
• Coach and conduct annual reviews for team members.
• Manage reporting to ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as liaison with other departments and attorney firms on escalated issues.
• Analyze departmental data and report activities.
• Assist with attorney billing and invoice approval.
