Job summary

Newrez LLC - Servicing is seeking a Supervisor Contested Foreclosure in Tempe, AZ to lead a team of Foreclosure Specialists and Case Managers. You will develop procedures, manage deadlines, and coordinate with legal and clients to mitigate risk while coaching staff.

Responsibilities include training on investor guidelines, reporting enhancements, and overseeing personnel development and billing support. Strong leadership and analytical capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team in a legal/foreclosure environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Litigation Foreclosure Specialists & Case Managers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Track and manage deadlines and SLAs for foreclosure timelines and metrics.
• Review and manage risk with legal department and clients; train new hires on systems and investor guidelines.
• Train the team on new processes; create and refine reporting.
• Oversee personnel management including coaching and annual reviews.
• Serve as point of contact for other departments and attorney firms on escalated issues.
• Track and analyze departmental data and report activities; assist with attorney billing and invoice approval.
