Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in operations, venue management, janitorial services, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Must live on the Virginia Beach side of HRBT

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with venue management on event calendars, scopes, priorities, and turnaround requirements.
• On-Site Leadership & Execution: Supervise on-site cleaning teams during post-event operations; provide clear direction and delegation.
• Workforce Management: Conduct team briefings to review expectations, equipment, and safety procedures; interview and train employees.
• Equipment & Supply Coordination: Ensure proper staging and deployment of cleaning equipment; manage inventory, chemicals, PPE, and consumables.
• Reporting & Client Communication: Provide recap summaries and improvement recommendations; address client feedback promptly and professionally.
