Job summary

Pritchard Industries seeks a Post Event Manager to oversee cleaning operations after events. The role reports to the Site Manager and coordinates staff, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely, on-budget completion.

You will supervise staff deployment, conduct inspections, and complete post-event checklists. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and endurance for varying conditions on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensures all equipment is set up prior to staff report time.
• Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Check-in staff, completes deployment sheets and assigns staff to assure proper coverage of facility.
• Inspects entire facility and completes post event checklist to assure all areas are properly cleaned.
• Complete post event tracking form to ensure budget.
