Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. You will supervise site supervisors and cleaners, train staff to ServiceMaster standards, conduct inspections, and respond to client requests while enforcing OSHA policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and stamina for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise site supervisors, lead cleaners, janitorial and project staff across locations.
• Training & Development: Teach ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, provide feedback, and ensure tasks meet high standards.
