Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Experience managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
• Experience managing budgets and operations across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service with problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Janitorial industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for customers and employees.
• Develop and execute effective cleaning plans and address absenteeism.
• Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, time & attendance, and labor budgets.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
