Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Posts Entry Specialist to resolve regulatory errors and manage reconciliation tasks for clients. The role involves recon claims, post-entry activities, and collaboration with clients and CBP to ensure accurate submissions.

The ideal candidate has experience in recon claims, customs clearance, or post-entry functions, with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customs Brokerage and reconciliation related tasks.
• Post-entry summary claims or customs clearance experience.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong problem solving.
• Excellent communication, initiative and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate recon claims by pulling flagged entries into a recon file.
• Make NAFTA and/or Value adjustments and submit for client approval.
• Coordinate with Systems Administration to resolve discrepancies and meet submission deadlines.
• Support other Post Entry duties such as Temporary Import Bonds and Protests.
