Expeditors in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Post Entry Brokerage Agent for a fixed-term assignment through 2027 with potential transition to permanent. The role focuses on timely, accurate post-entry activity and exceptional client service.

You'll handle import customs procedures, use Expeditors systems, prepare PSCs and protests, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with importers and CBP. Open to full-time, part-time or internship arrangements.

Qualifications

• US Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Certified Import Clearance Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand import customs SOPs and interpret to fulfill customer instructions.
• Transfer declaration information into customs entry system for valid declarations.
• Prepare and file PSCs, protests, or 520(d) as required and support CBP inquiries.
• Monitor PSC status until accepted and provide regular status updates to importers.
