Job summary

Expeditors in Scottsdale is seeking a Post Entry Brokerage Agent for a fixed-term assignment ending December 31, 2027, with potential to transition to permanent. The role covers post-entry activities and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include interpreting import procedures, using Expeditors systems (workboard, Raft, CFIT), and coordinating PSCs, protests, and documentation to ensure timely filings and accurate data. Open to full-time, part-time, and internship arrangements.

Qualifications

• US Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Certified Import Clearance Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand import customs procedures and apply them to client instructions.
• Use Expeditors’ systems (workboard, exp.o Customs, Raft, CFIT).
• Enter and correct customs data, file PSCs and protests, and support documentation.
• Transmit PSCs, upload documents, and monitor status with clients.
• Ensure timely, accurate data entry and regulatory compliance.
