Job summary

Expeditors in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Post Entry Brokerage Agent for a fixed-term assignment through December 31, 2027, with potential for permanent hire. The role focuses on timely transmission and monitoring of post-entry activity and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will handle import procedures, communicate with CBP, prepare PSCs and protests, and use Expeditors’ systems to manage every step from start to finish.

Qualifications

• US Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Certified Import Clearance Specialist preferred.
• Experience in US customs brokerage.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Understand and process post-entry activities to meet customer expectations.
• Use Expeditors’ systems (workboard, Raft, CFIT, etc.) to manage entries.
• Prepare narratives for PSCs and protests and coordinate with importers for approvals.
• Monitor PSCs and provide status updates to customers.
• Ensure data integrity and timely client billing.
