Job summary

dfhextcareersite is seeking a Title Solution Specialist to support the post-closing department and help maximize revenue and profitability. You will review documents after closing, ensure accuracy, and prepare and send title policies and invoices.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; SoftPro experience is a plus. This is an on-site role in a professional office environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive file after closed and review documents for accuracy and notarization.
• Review legal descriptions to ensure match with title, mortgage, deed and survey.
• Assist with recording preparation, posting payments in Simplifile.
• Make copies of invoices and checks and mail accordingly.
• Review, scan and send final endorsements and/or title policies.
• Monitor post-closing files for required matters.
• Prepare cover sheet and mail recorded documents to lender/owner.
• Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
• Prepare and send invoices as directed.
• Manage Post Closing inbox and respond to mail timely.
• Submit policy remittance payments.
