Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage is seeking a JR Wholesale Account Executive to develop and maintain mortgage broker relationships within the Huntington Beach, CA area. You will explain our process, success, and the benefits of working with our wholesale team while achieving daily outbound call goals.

You will support one of our Senior Account Executives, learn mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures, and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced environment with strong team

Qualifications

• Self-starter and able to generate new, fresh ways to prospect and build broker relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills.
• Technology savvy; quick to learn new computer software and systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while representing Deephaven Mortgage professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid call script and follow up methods.
• Make a minimum number of outbound calls daily with quality conversations.
• Generate new broker applications and opportunities.
• Listen to broker partners and collaborate with Sr. Account Executive to provide solutions.
• Develop new business and revenue with Sr. Account Executive oversight.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to the Sr. Account Executive.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards and requirements.
• Suggest additional products/programs to grow the Wholesale Lending Channel.

As a JR Wholesale Account Executive, you will develop new relationships, explain our process, our success, and the benefits of working with us.
