Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, mortgage operations, document custody, collateral administration, title, closing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with residential mortgage loan documents such as promissory notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments, allonges, title policies, and recorded instruments.

• Document Custodian Delivery & Tracking.
• Custodian Exception Management.
• Trailing Document Management.
• Collateral Movement & Bailee Administration.
• Assist with preparation and tracking of assignments of mortgage or deed of trust for loan sales and collateral transfers.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of allonges to promissory notes.
• Recording coordination.
• Collateral reconciliation & quality control.
