Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, mortgage operations, document custody, collateral administration, title, closing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with residential mortgage loan documents preferred, including Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, Assignments, Allonges, Title Insurance Policies, and Recorded Instruments.
• Experience working with title companies or closing agents preferred.
• Experience with mortgage post-closing or trailing document processes is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
