Responsibilities

• Audit incoming closed loan packages for collateral shipment to the warehouse bank.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete or missing documentation and rectify.
• Communicate with title, builder, buyers and co-workers to obtain missing docs promptly.
• Ensure closed loan packages are scanned and uploaded to investor systems and Loan Operating System.
• Update Loan Operating System to show date shipped.
• Handle high volume during peak times and be available for overtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
