Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support post-closing activities for Commercial and Ag loans in Wisconsin. You will book, fund, maintain, and secure loans while ensuring lien perfection and accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and lending teams to manage documents, disbursements, wires, and payoffs, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business and/or similar field.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good accounting/math skills with precision in calculations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Demonstrated independent judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new programs.
• Clear reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Organize documents for uploading to the imaging system, Director, for permanent electronic storage.
• Review and process daily loan booking requests and make corrections as needed.
• Onboard loans to Navigator system including commercial, CRE, ag, participation, municipal.
• Disburse loans and process monetary transactions per documentation.
• Initiate and verify wires related to loan transactions.
• Obtain collateral perfection per Loan Approval requirements.
• Review compliance requirements (CIP/CRA/HMDA/Beneficial Ownership) and enter data.
• Review and monitor tickler report for final title policies and related documents.
• Process daily incoming mail and route to appropriate area.
• Handle maintenance requests via ticketing system and make corrections as needed.
• Answer incoming calls to support internal teams and customers.
• Provide accurate payoff quotes as requested.
• Process paid notes, satisfactions, lien releases, and system updates.
• Process payments/advances and vehicle floor plan activities.
• Process insurance policies, monitor cancellations, invoices, flood/life policies.
• Process incoming/outgoing wires.
• Manage financial statement collection and participation/SWAP servicing.
• Review daily loan servicing reports and propose process improvements.
• Suggest training needs and report anomalies to management.
• Maintain system rates and backup duties as needed.
• Assist in documenting procedures and maintaining task guidelines.
