Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and process daily loan service reports, mail, tickets, and corrections.
• Onboard all loans directly to the Navigator system.
• Provide timely payoff quotes as requested by clients or title companies.
• Process paid notes with data entry and lien releases.
• Process loan payments and monitor automatic payment requests.
• Reconcile mortgage accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain procedures for tasks in job description.
