Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support post-closing activities for Commercial and Ag loans. You will ensure accurate loan booking, funding, maintenance, and lien perfection while coordinating with customers, vendors, and lending teams.

Responsibilities include processing documents, onboarding loans to Navigator, disbursements, wires, collateral perfection, and compliance reviews. This role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and excellent customer service to support

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business and/or similar field of education and/or 1-2 previous work experience in a financial institution setting.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with customers and associates.
• Good accounting/math skills with the ability to work precisely with numbers and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Organize documents for uploading to the imaging system, Director, for permanent electronic storage.
• Review and process daily loan booking requests, tasks/tickets, and make corrections and adjustments as necessary.
• Onboard new, renewed, extended, and modified loans directly to the Navigator system including commercial, CRE, agricultural, participation and municipal loans; make corrections and adjustments as necessary in Navigator.
• Disburse loans and make monetary transactions as indicated on the disbursement documentation.
• Initiate and verify wires associated with loan transactions.
• Obtain collateral perfection according to requirements of Loan Approval.
• Review compliance requirements including CIP/CRA/HMDA/Beneficial Ownership and enter data into related systems.
• Review and monitor tickler report for final title policies and related documents.
• Process daily incoming mail and route to the appropriate area.
